Performance feature
➢Active zinc oxide is a multifunctional new inorganic material with particle sizes ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers. Unlike high-purity zinc oxide, its surface electronic structure and crystal structure change, generating surface effects, volume effects, quantum size effects, and macroscopic tunneling effects that high-purity zinc oxide does not possess. It features high transparency and high dispersibility, and exhibits many special functions in catalysis, optics, magnetism, mechanics, etc., making it highly valuable in numerous fields such as ceramics, chemical engineering, electronics, optics, biology, and medicine. It has special properties and applications that ordinary zinc oxide lacks. In the textile industry, active zinc oxide can be used as UV shielding materials, antibacterial agents, fluorescent materials, photocatalytic materials, etc. As a functional additive such as a vulcanization activator, it can enhance the smoothness, wear resistance, mechanical strength, and anti-aging performance of rubber products, reduce the usage of ordinary zinc oxide, and extend the service life.

Active zinc oxide also features light weight, light color, and strong wave absorption capacity. It can effectively absorb radar waves and attenuate them, and is thus used in new wave-absorbing stealth materials.
➢It has excellent ultraviolet shielding properties and superior antibacterial and bacteriostatic performance. When added to fabrics, it can endow the fabrics with functions such as sun protection, antibacterial and deodorization.
➢Active zinc oxide features highly efficient biological activity, high absorption rate, strong antioxidant capacity, safety and stability, and is currently the most ideal zinc source. Replacing high-purity zinc oxide with active zinc oxide in feed can not only meet the zinc demand of animals but also reduce environmental pollution. The use of active zinc oxide can play an antibacterial and bacteriostatic role.
